Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of a New Solidified Soil Cushion-Mixing Pile Composite Foundation
With the trend of large-scale machinery in port yard, new methods need to be sought to address the uneven settlement problem caused by traditional panels in the application process. The article is based on the deep blown soil soft foundation treatment project in Xuwei Port Area,Lianyungang,Jiangsu.A 2D model of the solidified soil cushion mixed pile composite foundation is constructed using finite element method. The response of the solidified soil layer thickness and the elastic modulus of the solidified soil layer under cyclic loading is calculated to analyze the dynamic characteristics of this new composite foundation structure. The results show that during the cyclic loading process, the settlement value of the pile top undergoes reciprocating changes with the cyclic loading, and each loading will generate a certain amount of additional settlement on the basis of the previous one.The increase in the thickness of the solidified soil layer gradually enhances the ability of the structure to resist cumulative settlement under cyclic loads. The change in modulus of the solidified soil layer has a relatively small impact on the instantaneous settlement value of the pile top,but has a significant additional settlement effect on long-term cyclic loading.
