Relationship Reconstruction:the Operation Logic of Grassroots Party Organizations Leading the Community Governance Community
The construction of the community governance community is an important way for the country to promote the modernization of grassroots governance,which requires grassroots Party or-ganizations to play a strong leading role.At present,the grassroots Party organizations generally carry out governance practices such as"co-creation"or"acquaintance creation".Taking"relation-ship"as the starting point,grassroots Party organizations build a relationship reconstruction path of"relationship activation—relationship connection—relationship governance"to form a relationship-linked governance model.Relationship reconstruction needs to activate the value elements,organi-zational elements,emotional elements,interest elements and institutional elements of the communi-ty,and provide governance concept,governance structure,governance trust,governance kinetic energy and governance rules for the formation of the community governance community through re-lationship connection.The construction logic of the community governance community is to give full play to the leading role of grassroots Party organizations to promote the activation and genera-tion of relationship elements,promote the efficient operation of relationship connection by organiza-tion driving and system embedding,and promote the governance and restoration of relationship net-work by emotional mobilization and interest integration.
