Cold Observation of"Hot Search Politics":Operation Mechanism and Problem Solving
In the era of digital media,hot search politics has become a new form of political prac-tice.Political participation is the basic premise of hot search asking politics,topic driving is the core element,algorithm recommendation is the technical support,hot search list is the form of expres-sion,and government response is the essential feature.Hot search politics has five functions,inclu-ding promoting problem solving,strengthening power supervision,improving democratic mecha-nism,cultivating public spirit,and shaping government image.At the same time,there are prob-lems such as unbalanced attention allocation,information distortion and rumors spreading,public opinion being manipulated by interest groups,personal information security facing risks,and ram-pant network populism.It is necessary to establish and improve the attention allocation mechanism,strengthen information supervision and authenticity verification,improve people's media literacy and information discrimination ability,strengthen personal information protection,and adopt multi-layer channelling strategies to prevent network populism,so as to effectively solve the problems ex-isting in hot search politics and help realize the whole-process people's democracy.
