Internal Tension and Optimization Path of Adaptive Changes of Urban Community Governance——Based on the Comparison of Multiple Cases
As the basic unit of urban governance,community shoulders the important mission of promoting the process of Chinese path to modernization.The differences in the field structure,sub-ject collaboration,rule supply,and capital layout of urban community governance have given rise to different types of adaptive changes in governance.The spatial imbalance of public service supply,the inconsistency of subject interests and the dynamic nature of subjects'behavioral boundaries,the complexity of rule supply conditions and the limitations of supply effects,the non-suitability of gov-ernance methods and the return of strong administration lead to the inherent tension of adaptive change of urban community governance.To alleviate the structural,subjective,institutional,and technological tensions,it is necessary to optimize the spatial layout of public services in urban com-munities,guide the precise positioning of governance roles through Party building,improve the community public services's guidance of rules,guide the orderly development of community tech-nology capital with a people-oriented approach,and gradually achieve the coupling and interaction of community governance systems.
