GA3对不同磨光量甜菜种子萌发的影响

[目的]在甜菜种子加工过程中,通常需要磨光和浸种.为探究磨光量、GA3 浓度、浸种时间对甜菜种子萌发的影响.[方法]设置了5 个磨光量、5 个GA3 浓度、3 个浸种时间,对甜菜种子进行引发试验.[结果]结果表明,100 mg/L GA3 浸种 8 h,大(B)、中(M)种子的发芽势较其0 mg/L GA3 处理分别提高 6.59%、10.04%,发芽率分别提高 6.19%、9.56%;GA3 浓度为100 mg/L和200 mg/L时,B、M种子平均发芽时间较低,GA3 可加速种子萌发;100 mg/L GA3 浸种8 h,种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数分别比其0 h处理提高10.48%、5.51%、88.12%,其发芽率显著高于16 h处理(P<0.05).GA3 浓度和种子磨光、浸种时间和种子磨光量双因素方差分析表明,两因素交互显著影响种子主要萌发指标.[结论]100 mg/L GA3 浸种 8 h,对较大粒径的B、M甜菜种子的萌发效果最好.
Effect of GA3 on Germination of Sugar Beet Seeds with Different Polishing
[Objective]In seed processing of sugar beet,polishing and seed soaking are usually required.To study the effects of polishing level,GA3 concentration and soaking time on sugar beet seed germination.[Methods]Five different polishing levels,five different GA3 concentrations and three different soaking times were set for sugar beet seeds.[Results]The results showed that,compared with the treatment under 0 mg/L GA3,soaking seeds of large(B)and medium(M)sugar beet in 100 mg/L GA3 for 8 hours,germination potential improved by 6.59%and 10.04%,respectively;and their germination rates improved by 6.19%and 9.56%,respectively.Concentrations of 100 and 200 mg/L GA3 reduced the average germination time of seeds of B and M,and GA3 accelerated seed germination.Soaking seeds in 100 mg/L GA3 for 8 hours leaded to an increase of 10.48%,5.51%and 88.12%in germination potential,germination rate and germination index,respectively,compared to those treated by 0 hours,with its germination rate significantly higher than that of those treated for 16 hours(P<0.05).A two-factor ANOVA of GA3 concentration and seed polishing,soaking time and seed polishing level showed that the two factors interact significantly to affect the main germination indicators of seeds.[Conclusion]Soaking B and M sugar beet seeds with larger particle sizes in 100 mg/L GA3 for 8 hours had the best effect on seed germination.
