近年我国甘蔗品种的育种成就与发展趋势

甘蔗是我国主要的糖料作物,不断进行品种改良更新是甘蔗产业持续发展的重要保障。近20 年来,我国甘蔗育种机构根据主产蔗区旱坡地蔗区占 70%以上,当家品种'新台糖 22 号'、'新台糖20 号'等低产低糖的状况,不断收集和引进优异甘蔗种质资源,使我国种质资源总量达 5962份,发掘和创制了'CP81-1254'、'桂糖92-66'、'云蔗94-343'等一批优异育种亲本;同时,攻克杂交利用技术,研究形成集"家系评价、早期抗性鉴定、糖分高效检测、理想株型选择"为一体的育种技术体系,成功育成了'桂糖42 号'、'桂柳 05136'、'云蔗 081609'、'桂糖 44 号'、'云蔗 0551'等一批高糖高产新品种,实现了我国第五代品种更新。面对我国蔗糖产业发展的新要求,当前我国甘蔗育种还存在适宜机械化作业的品种改良滞后和甘蔗生物育种进展缓慢等问题,今后将加强以机械化应用为目标的抗倒伏、宿根性强、分蘖力强的品种选育,加快转基因甘蔗新品种的培育,持续强化健康种苗的繁育推广应用。
The Recent Achievements and Development Trends of Sugarcane Improvement in China
Sugarcane is a major sugar crop in China.Continuous development of new variety and their popularization are essential for the sustainable development of cane sugar industry.In the past two decades,aimed at breeding for rain-fed area(nearly 70%of the total sugarcane growing area),and developing new cultivars surpass major cultivars Xintaitang 22 and Xintaitang20 performing low sugar and cane yields,a total of 5962 germplasm has been collected through collection and exchange,and a range of key breeding parental clones such as CP81-1254,GT92-66 and YZ94-343 have been explored or created.In addition,efficient selection technology combined family selection,stress tolerance at early stage,efficient identification of sugar content,and selection for ideotype have been developed and widely used.A range of new sugarcane cultivars such as GT42,GL05136,YZ081609,GT44 and YZ0551 have been developed,and used as the fifth generation of dominant cultivars in China.In future,breeding cultivars for mechanical harvesting will focus on lodging tolerance,good ratooning,high tillering,in addition,development of GM cultivars and continuously popularization of healthy cane setts will be enhanced.
