干旱对甘蔗生长影响及其响应机制研究进展

干旱是影响甘蔗生长发育以及产量的最主要非生物逆境胁迫之一,随着全球极端气候的发生愈加频繁,甘蔗遭受干旱胁迫的风险越来越大.干旱对甘蔗生长的影响是多方面的,不同器官会产生不同的表现.甘蔗为了抵御干旱胁迫会产生一系列调节机制,包括形态特征和生理生化特性改变.本文总结了干旱胁迫对甘蔗叶片、根系、茎等各器官生长以及不同生育期干旱对甘蔗生长的影响,从渗透调节、抗氧化酶、内源激素、根际微生物和基因表达方面论述了甘蔗对干旱胁迫的响应机制,并对甘蔗响应干旱的系统性机制、不同品种抗旱性差异与提高甘蔗抗旱性研究进行展望,以期为从事甘蔗生产和相关研究的工作者提供理论参考.
Research Progress on the Influence of Drought on Sugarcane Growth and its Response Mechanism to Drought
Drought is one of the main abiotic stress factors that affect the growth,development,and yield of sugarcane.With the increasing occurrence of global extreme weather,the risk of sugarcane being subjected to drought stress is increasing.The impacts of drought on sugarcane growth are multifaceted,with different organs exhibiting different manifestations.Sugarcane undergoes a series of regulatory mechanisms to resist drought stress,including changes in morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics.This paper summarizes the effects of drought stress on the growth of sugarcane leaves,roots,and stems,as well as the effects of drought on sugarcane growth at different growth stages.It discusses the response mechanism of sugarcane to drought stress from the perspectives of osmotic regulation,antioxidant enzymes,endogenous hormones,rhizosphere microorganisms,and gene expression.Furthermore,it also prospects the systematic mechanisms of sugarcane response to drought,difference of drought tolerance of different sugarcane varieties and research on improving sugarcane drought tolerance,to provide theoretical reference sugarcane production and related research.
