Opening up New Fields and New Tracks for the Growth of Innovative Talents:An Example of Proximity Factors and Optimization Strategies for Cultivating Innovative Talents in Industry-University-Research(IUR)Cooperation Projects
As an important way to cultivate innovative talents,gifted education has reflected the development trend from cultivating a few elites to facing all students.The cultivation of innovative talents calls for the emergence of leading talents in all walks of life,while IUR cooperation projects provide an indispensable platform for it.The study analyzes the proximity factors and the response of cooperative subjects of cultivating innovative talents in IUR cooperation projects by a set of related cases.The results show multi-dimensional proximity affects the cultivation of innovative talents in such cooperation in terms of spatial distance,technological field,trust relationship,etc.,and the response of cooperative subjects to the proximity factors needs to be improved.In this regard,we should effectively rely on the IUR cooperation projects to improve the practical experience of new graduate students with professional degrees,implement workplace learning,and provide full guidance from the mentor team,so as to give full play to the facilitating effect of multi-dimensional proximity on the enhancement of the cultivation effect of innovative talents.
