Logic,Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Institutionalization of Preschool Inclusive Education
Institutionalization is the process of establishing a sound institutional system for preschool inclusive education and realizing that the value concept of the system is universally accepted and consciously practiced.The institutionalization of preschool inclusive education takes the formulation of the system as its logical starting point,the effective implementation of the system as its logical progression,and the internalization of the system as its logical value goal.At present,the institutionalization of preschool inclusive education is faced with the legitimacy dilemma caused by the insufficient supply of institutional elements,the path dependence dilemma formed by the parallel education system of general and special education,and the collective action dilemma caused by the"rational man"interest game.In this regard,in order to address the institutionalization dilemma and promote the high-quality development of preschool inclusive education,efforts need to be made from three aspects:firstly,pay attention to the supply of three major institutional elements and enhance the legitimacy of preschool inclusive education;secondly,to break through the inertial dependence on the parallelism of general and special education,and to enhance the driving force of innovative practice of multiple subjects;thirdly,to consolidate the logic of collective action system and optimize the pattern of benefit distribution.
