摘要
随着我国人口生育政策的调整,孤独症儿童拥有健全兄弟姐妹的概率增加.当父母面临生活照料、职业发展、家庭运转等多重压力时,有可能引发健全兄弟姐妹对孤独症同胞的亲职化现象.本研究对孤独症儿童的兄弟姐妹亲职化现象进行梳理,呈现孤独症儿童的兄弟姐妹亲职化现象的研究进展,明晰国内外研究中亲职化现象的表现形式、形成原因、可能影响以及干预策略,以期为促进孤独症儿童家庭健康发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the adjustment of China's population policy,the number of typical siblings in families of children with autism is increasing.When parents face multiple pressures such as life care,career development,and family operation,there is a possibility of parentification phenomenon of children with autism by typical siblings.This study examines the studies on the parentification of typical siblings of children with autism,presents the progress of research on the parentification phenomenon.It clarifies the manifestations,causes,possible effects and intervention strategies of the Parentification phenomenon in domestic and foreign studies,with a view to providing lessons for the promotion of the healthy development of families of children with autism.
