Application of Information and Communication Technology in the Intervention of Developmental Dyslexia and Its Implications
Information and communication technology(ICT),because of its convenience and flexibility, and its lack of time and space constraints, brings interesting learning environments and personalized intervention contents to children with dyslexia, and can effectively improve the word recognition and reading comprehension of them. The results of existing studies at home and abroad are integrated, and the ICT-based dyslexia intervention methods and their effects are introduced and evaluated from various aspects, such as computer-assisted technology, immersion technology and artificial intelligence technology. On this basis, the following suggestions are made for future ICT-based dyslexia interventions in China:strengthening technology integration, combining immersive technology and artificial intelligence, developing personalized intervention procedures in immersive contexts;increasing empirical research in inclusive education contexts, and exploring ICT-based educational paradigms in inclusive education contexts.
