The Social Synergy of Family Education Services for Children with Disabilities in the Context of Inclusive Education
In the context of inclusive education,the social synergy of service supply and resource coordination is an inevitable choice to solve the current contradiction between supply and demand of family education services for children with disabilities.Based on the theoretical analysis framework of social synergy of family education services for children with disabilities,the current work of family education services for children with disabilities is faced with the practical dilemmas of insufficient attention to the functional expectations of social synergy,lack of systematic coordination and planning,insufficient interconnection and cooperation among subjects,and delayed transformation of functional goals.The above dilemmas are due to the policy limitations of establishing social synergy goals,the uncoordinated family education governance system,the imperfect cooperation and interconnection mechanism,and the inadequate support and guarantee system,respectively.Therefore,it is necessary to build a complete path to realize the social synergy of family education services for children with disabilities by enhancing the recognition of the functional goals of social synergy,rationalizing the governance system of family education,innovating the cooperation and interconnection mechanism,and building the support and guarantee system.
