The Effects of Career Resilience on Job Burnout of Special Education Teachers:The Chain Mediating Role of Professional Identity and Job Satisfaction
In order to better understand the influencing factors of job burnout of special education teachers,and to explore the relationship between career resilience,career identity,job satisfaction and job burnout of them,278 special education teachers were surveyed.The results showed that:(1)career resilience could significantly and negatively predict their burnout;(2)both career identity and job satisfaction played a mediating role between career resilience and job burnout respectively;(3)career identity and job satisfaction played a chain mediating role between career resilience.and burnout.It is suggested that relevant departments should pay attention to the construction of their career resilience,strengthen their career identity,enhance their job satisfaction,and boost the construction of high-quality special education teachers in the new era.
