摘要
为了解孤独症儿童父母的生活质量状况,探讨孤独症儿童父母的生活质量与心理一致感、应对方式之间的关系,对309名孤独症儿童父母施以相应量表的测量.结果发现:较好家庭经济状况的孤独症儿童父母的生活质量水平较高;孤独症儿童父母的生活质量与心理一致感之间呈显著正相关,与支持性应对和行为性应对呈显著正相关,与逃避性应对和宣泄呈显著负相关;心理一致感、支持性应对和行为性应对对孤独症儿童父母的生活质量具有显著的正向预测作用.因此,可以通过提高孤独症儿童父母的心理一致感以及改善应对方式来提高其生活质量.
Abstract
In order to understand the quality of life of parents of children with autism and to explore its relationship with psychological congruence and coping styles,309 parents of children with autism were examined by the appropriate scales.The results showed that parents of children with autism from better family economic status had higher levels of quality of life;there was a significant positive correlation between the quality of life of parents of autistic children and psychological congruence,a significant positive correlation with supportive coping and behavioral coping,and a negative correlation with avoidance coping and catharsis;and psychological congruence,supportive coping,and behavioral coping had a significant positive and predictive effect.Therefore,the quality of life of parents of children with autism can be improved by increasing their sense of psychological consistency and improving their coping styles.
