The Effects of School Organizational Climate on Special Education Teachers'Job Satisfaction:The Chain-Mediated Role of Competency Level and Professional Well-Being
The 14th Five-Year Plan of Action for the Development and Enhancement of Special Education clearly emphasizes the need to strengthen the construction of the special education teachers and promote the high-quality development of special education.In order to explore the influence of school organizational climate on special education teachers'job satisfaction and to clarify the chain mediating role of competency level and occupational well-being,a nationwide survey of 570 special education teachers was conducted through the questionnaire method,and the results showed that:(1)school organizational climate has a significant positive predictive effect on special education teachers'job satisfaction;(2)there is a mediating effect of competency level between school organizational climate and job satisfaction;(3)there is a mediating effect of occupational well-being between school organizational climate and job satisfaction;(4)there is a chained mediating effect of competency level and occupational well-being between school organizational climate and job satisfaction.In view of this,we should strengthen the organizational support of special education schools,create a positive campus organizational atmosphere;consolidate the professional basic skills of special education teachers and enhance their competency;increase social support and security,and enhance the professional happiness of special education teachers.
