How to Implement Labor Education in Schools for Children with Intellectual Disabilities?——A Qualitative Research from the Perspective of Teachers and Administrators
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and an important part of the comprehensive development of the education system,and it is more realistic and urgent to carry out labor education in schools for children with intellectual disabilities.Through interviews with 16 teachers and administrators,it is found that labor education in intellectual schools has been paid more attention to,but its connotation has been simplified to some extent;most teachers construct the content of labor education based on curriculum standards and experience;there are many difficulties in the implementation of labor education in intellectual schools,such as students'degree,the lack of joint efforts of family and school,and the lack of professional guidance of teachers.In the future,we should firstly focus on quality,and comprehensively strengthen the infiltration and cultivation of labor spirit and labor values.Secondly,strengthen the guidance,and improve the scientific and systematic labor education in intellectual schools.Thirdly,optimize and integrate relevant resources,and give full play to the comprehensive effect of labor education.Finally,enhance cooperation and perfect the path guarantee of labor education in schools for children with intellectual disabilities.
