The Practical Path of Teacher Cultivation for in Talent Education Korean and Its Implications for Teacher Cultivation of Gifted Children Education in China
Excellent teachers are the resource guarantee for the effectiveeducation of gifted children.The article analyzes and reflects on the systematicdesign and practical experience of South Korea in terms of teacher qualification requirements,training paths,and appointment standards for gifted education,and based on the actual development of gifted children's education in China,it puts forward policy suggestions on the construction and healthy development of teachers for extraordinary children's education in China from the four aspects of establishing a policy system,an appointment standard system,a teacher training system,and a training content system.
