新媒体赋能特殊教育信息化发展的路径探究——基于31个省级残联微信公众号的分析

信息技术是赋能特殊教育高质量发展的重要途径,新媒体时代微信公众号已成为人们获取和发布信息的重要平台。本文从服务功能、微信传播力指数、高影响力推文等方面对我国省级残疾人联合会微信公众号进行分析,旨在勾勒残疾人信息化需求的数字形象,并在此基础上探究新媒体何以赋能特殊教育信息化建设。研究发现,各省残联公众号服务功能有待完善;微信传播力指数与阅读总数、点赞总数等变量相关;从高影响力推文中可以看出残疾人在职业教育和就业等方面的需求。基于此,建议特殊教育学校充分挖掘残联公众号的教育资源,为家校社合作开辟新路径;特殊教育学校与残联在宣传上加强联动,提高社会大众对特殊儿童的接纳度;本研究结果可为特殊教育学校构建校园新媒体提供借鉴经验。
Exploring the Path of New Media Empowering the Development of Special Education Infromatisation:The Analysis of WeChat Official Accounts of 31 Provincial Disabled Persons'Federations in China
Information technology is an important way to empower the high-quality development of special education and promote its modernization.In the new media era,WeChat official account has become an important platform for people to get and release information.The Disabled Persons'Federation is one of the important guarantee systems for special education.This article analyzes the WeChat official accounts of the provincial disabled persons'federations from the aspects of service function,WeChat communication index,high impact tweets,etc.,aiming to outline the digital profile of the disabled people's informatization needs,and on the basis of which,it explores how the new media empowers the construction of information technology in special education.The study found that the service functions of the provincial Disabled Persons'Federation official account need to be improved;the WeChat transmissibility index is related to variables such as total number of readings and likes;and the needs of persons with disabilities in vocational education and employment can be seen from the high-impact tweets.Based on this,it is suggested that special education schools should fully explore the educational resources of the Disabled Persons'Federation's official accounts to open up a new path for family-school-community cooperation;and to strengthen the linkage between special education schools and the Disabled Persons'Federation in publicity,and thus to increase the acceptance of special children in the society at large.The results of this study can provide valuable experience for the construction of new media in special education schools.
