The Construction of A Quality Evaluation Index System of Inclusive Education in General Schools
The construction of a scientific quality evaluation index system of inclusive education is the prerequisite for implementing the quality evaluation of inclusive education.This study constructed a system of integration education quality evaluation index based on texts analysis,interview,Delphi method,and hierarchical analysis method.After three rounds of expert consultation,five first-level indicators including the"school management""school environment""teacher team""curriculum and teaching"and"student development"were determined.15 second-level indicators including"organizational leadership""physical environment"and 37 third-level indicators were also determined.Additionally,the weight coefficients of indicators at each level were analyzed Through the construction of the indicator system,we understood the implementation of the inclusive education in schools more objectively,so asto provide guidance for improving the practice of inclusive education,and provide reference for the evaluation and supervision of inclusive education.
