The Relationship between Digital Leadership,Work Engagement,Organizational Climate for Innovation and Job Satisfaction of Special Education Teachers
The Digital Leadership Questionnaire,Work Engagement Scale,Organizational Innovation Climate Scale,and Teachers'Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to investigate 321 special education teachers,examining the relationship between digital leadership and special education teachers'job satisfaction and the chain-mediating effect of organizational climate for innovation and job engagement.The results found that(1)the higher the levels of digital leadership,work engagement,and organizational innovation climate,the higher the job satisfaction of special education teachers;(2)work engagement mediates the relationship between digital leadership and teachers'job satisfaction;(3)organizational climate for innovation mediates the relationship between digital leadership and teachers'job satisfaction;(4)There is chain mediating effect of organizational innovation climate and work engagement between digital leadership and job satisfaction.It is recommended to consolidate the digital literacy of school leaders to enhance the level of digital leadership;to play a leading role in creating an atmosphere of organizational innovation in schools;to empower professional growth,and to integrate multiple resources to guarantee the work input of special education teachers.
