视频与现场示范法提高孤独症儿童精细动作技能的比较研究

摘要
为比较视频示范法与现场示范法在孤独症儿童精细动作技能干预中的有效性,采用单一被试实验设计中的交替处理设计,并在实验中增加最佳处理期,对4名3至7岁的孤独症儿童开展精细动作技能干预训练,干预以游戏形式开展,同时施以手部按摩及手指操.结果表明,经过15次的干预训练,4名孤独症儿童的精细动作技能皆有立即成效,且干预一周后,维持效果良好;视频示范法与现场示范法均能提升孤独症儿童精细动作技能,视频示范法的干预效果优于现场示范法.
Abstract
To compare the effectiveness of Video Modeling and In Vivo Modeling in fine motor skill intervention of autistic children.Using the alternating treatment design in the single-subject experimental design and adding the optimal treatment period in the experiment,4 children with autism aged 3 to 7 years old underwent fine motor skills intervention training in the form of games,hand massage and finger exercises.The results showed that after 15 times of intervention training,the fine motor skills of 4 children with autism were immediately effective,and the effect was maintained well after one week of intervention.Both the video demonstration method and the on-site demonstration method can improve the fine motor skills of children with autism.The video demonstration method is more effective than that of the on-site demonstration method.
