保证教师有效的工作投入是保障融合教育高质量发展的重要前提.为探讨学校融合氛围对融合教育教师工作投入的影响作用,采用问卷法对319名融合教育教师展开调查.结果发现,学校融合氛围正向预测融合教育教师工作投入;工作满意度和融合教育态度在学校融合氛围与工作投入的关系中既可起独立中介作用,也可以起链式中介作用.据此,应大力增强校长的变革意识,提升校长对融合教育的领导力;以评价改革为引领,以制度规范为融合教育保驾护航;构建立体式专业共同体,以高质量教研赋能融合教育教师.
Ensuring teachers'effective work engagement is an important prerequisite for the high-quality development of inclusive education.In order to investigate the effect of school inclusive climate on teachers'work engagement,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 319 teachers.The results show that school inclusive climate positively predicts teachers'work engagement.Job satisfaction and attitude towards inclusive education play an independent and chain mediating role in the relationship between school inclusive climate and work engagement.Therefore,we should strengthen the principal's consciousness of change and enhance the principal's leadership in inclusive education.Guided by the evaluation and reform,and escorted by the system and norms,a three-dimensional professional community should be built to empower the inclusive teachers with high-quality teaching and research.
