摘要

探讨融合教育教师付出-回报失衡与职业倦怠的关系以及未来时间洞察力的中介作用,采用问卷法对584名融合教育教师展开调查,结果发现:(1)61.6%的融合教育教师存在付出-回报失衡,职业倦怠接近中等水平,未来时间洞察力略高于中等水平,付出-回报失衡在职称和教龄上存在显著差异,职业倦怠在职称、教龄和学段上存在显著差异;(2)付出-回报失衡显著正向预测职业倦怠,未来时间洞察力显著负向预测职业倦怠;(3)未来时间洞察力在融合教育教师付出-回报失衡与职业倦怠间起中介作用.因此,建议从缓解融合教育教师付出-回报失衡感,提高融合教育教师未来时间洞察力水平两个方面来降低其职业倦怠.

Abstract

To explore the relationship between effort-reward imbalance and job burnout among inclusive education teachers and the mediating role of future time perspective,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 584 inclusive education teachers.The study found that:(1)61.6%of inclusive education teachers had an effort-reward imbalance,with job burnout close to the medium level and future time perspective above the medium level.There were significant differences in effort-reward imbalance by title and teaching age,and significant differences in job burnout by title,teaching age,and school level;(2)effort-reward imbalance significantly positively predicted job burnout,and future time perspective significantly negatively predicted job burnout;(3)future time perspective mediated the relationship between effort-reward imbalance and job burnout among inclusive education teachers.Therefore,it is recommended to reduce the job burnout by alleviating the effort-reward imbalance and increasing the level of future time perspective of inclusive education teachers.
