Challenges and opportunities in the discipline construction of pain medicine in China
Taking into account the evolving needs of the healthcare industry and the requirements for discipline construction,this study examines the development of pain medicine discipline in China,analyzes the challenges encountered in discipline construction and proposes measures to strengthen the foundation and further enhance the discipline construction of pain medicine.This includes establishing clear standards and norms,prioritizing pain-related basic and clinical research,fostering professional talent development,promoting the establishment of academic communities,exploring new theories and methodologies,addressing cutting-edge issues,enhancing international cooperation and exchanges across various platforms.The ultimate objective is to build a pain medicine discipline system that embodies Chinese characteristics,alleviate pain for individuals,and facilitate the high-quality development of a healthy China.
