Research progress in the treatment of pancreatic cancer pain
Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor of the digestive tract that has an insidious onset,rapid progression,and extremely poor treatment effects and prognosis.It is also the 11th most common cancer in the world.Pain is one of the main symptoms of pancreatic cancer,which seriously affects the patient's quality of life.At present,the most widely used treatment for pancreatic cancer pain is drug analgesia.Invasive surgical treatments mainly include Celiac plexus,splanchnic nerve block,and intrathecal administration,which can significantly reduce pain and should be considered in the early stages of cancer pain.This article comprehensively analyzes the current clinical treatment methods for pancreatic cancer pain,and provides a reference for the selection of the best treatment method for pancreatic cancer patients'pain.
