"Benevolence",the core value of Confucian culture,is in material level,concretely embodied by common prosperity.The core connotation of benevolence is to love others,the higher level of self-loving,whose logic is to achieve the values of common prosperity,which can be realized by enterprises assuming social responsibility regularly.Confucius's view of righteousness and benefit,which is based on the principles of"seeking righteousness in pursuing the profit","righteousness before profit"and"promoting righteousness through pursuing the profit",is a methodology for promo-ting the normalization of corporate social responsibility:the enterprises'right of economic development is the starting point and destination;the synchronous growth of corporate profits and social public interests is the fundamental goal;establishing an efficient and stable social response mechanism legally is the primary task;the dichotomy between mandatory social responsibility and expected social responsibility is the fundamental prerequisite.The legal system of China's corporate social responsibility can be specifically designed on"empowering enterprises while adding political and social responsibilities to them".
