Enterprise development cannot be separated from moral management,which will gradually be recognized as an important concept and means of enterprise development.With the continuous enterprise reform and development,moral management in Chinese enterprises significantly progessed.However,there are still deficiencies in the concepts and methods of moral management,especially the vague understanding of the fundamental relationship between moral management and economic benefits,the lack of respect for people,and the lack of shaping the ethical environment.Currently,active response measures are needed:establishing the basic principles of moral management for various entities,creating corporate moral environment,and establishing an evaluation index system for corporate moral management to grasp the development status of moral management and corporate ethics.Moreover,while continuously improving consumer online information channels and striving to support public opinion,we will carry out normalized corporate ethics education to continuously enhance the moral responsibility awareness of enterprise employees and managers,and gradually improve the evaluation and supervision mechanism of ethical management.
