摘要
习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想,是党的民族工作理论和实践的智慧结晶,是新时代党的民族工作的根本遵循,创造性地继承和发展了马克思主义民族理论.前者与后者的关系研究,是亟待解决的时代课题.本文从民族的存在、民族的关系、民族的发展、民族的演变、民族的走向等基本理论问题进行探讨,认为习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想对马克思主义民族理论的继承与发展可以从五个方面来理解,即民族存在的物质性与精神性、民族关系的整体性、民族发展的历史性与开放性、民族走向的交融性、民族演变的规律性等.
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving ethnic work is the wisdom crystallization of the Party's theory and practice of ethnic work,and the fundamental guideline for the Party's ethnic work in the new era.It creatively inherits and develops Marxist ethnic theory.The study of the relationship between the former and the latter is a topic of the times that needs to be addressed urgently.This paper explores the basic theoretical issues such as the existence,relationships,development,evolution,and trend of the ethnicity,and believes that General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on strengthening and improving ethnic work can be understood from five aspects regarding the inheritance and development of Marxist ethnic theory,namely,the materiality and spirituality of ethnic existence,the integrity of ethnic relations,the historicity and openness of ethnic development,the blending nature of ethnic trend and the regularity of ethnic evolution.
