巧借民间说唱,传播孔子之道——孔子故事在说唱鼓词中的传播

摘要
孔子故事大约从唐代开始进入俗文学领域.此后演述孔子故事的俗文学作品不绝如缕.明清时期,孔子故事又借鼓词说唱传播开来.明末贾凫西《太师挚适齐》、清中叶曹汉阁《孔夫子鼓儿词》等,均秉持寓教于乐的动机,说唱孔子故事,传播孔子之道.清末民初,新文化运动兴起,孔子之道遭受很大冲击.一些文人创作的鼓词,形象地揭示了孔子之道在乱世没落的命运.不过,民间鼓词仍在以鲜活可喜的艺术形式继续演绎孔子故事.总的说来,鼓词通过演绎孔子故事、传播孔子之道,有效地扩大了孔子在民间的影响.
Abstract
The story of Confucius began to enter the realm of popular literature around the Tang Dynasty,and since then,a steady stream of folk literary works recounting his tales have emerged.Throughout the Ming and Qing Dynasties,these stories were further disseminated through the medium of drum lyrics.Notable works such as Jia Fuxi's"The Master Musician Zhi Eacaped to the State of Qi"in the late Ming Dynasty and Cao Hange's"Drum Lyrics of Confucius"in the middle of the Qing Dynasty were all based on the idea of combining education with entertainment,serving to narrate Confucius'tales and publicize his doctrines through the medium of drum lyrics.At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the People's Republic of China,the advent of the New Culture Movement posed considerable challenges to Confucian thoughts.Some drum lyrics crafted by literati vividly portrayed the plight of Confucianism amidst tumultuous times.Nonetheless,folk drum lyrics persisted in presenting Confucius'stories in a vibrant and engaging art form.Overall,through the narration of Confucius'tales and the dissemination of his teachings,drum lyrics effectively expanded Confucius'influence among the general populace.
