An Exploration of Legislative Theory in Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule by Law
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the leadership of legislative work,and has put forward a series of important expositions on strengthening and improving it,forming the legislative theory of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule by law.The theoretical origins of this legislative theory stem from the relevant discourses on legislation by Marxist classic writers and generations of main leaders of the Communist Party of China.The connotation of legislative theory in Xi Jinping's Thought on the rule by law is very rich,mainly including ten aspects:the theory of legislative status,the theory of legislative purpose,the theory of legislative value,the theory of legislative direction,the theory of legislative leadership,the theory of legislative system,the theory of legislative principle,the theory of legislative quality,the theory of legislative priority,and the theory of legislative teams.The legislative theory in Xi Jinping's Thought on the rule by law is characterized by its strategic,systematic,dialectical and innovative nature.The legislative theory in Xi Jinping's Thought on the rule by law has made an original and important contribution to Marxist legislative theory,providing a fundamental basis for strengthening and improving legislative work in the new era,which is a great contribution to the world's legislative theory and practice.
