Objective To study the predictive value of the intensive care unit with acute kidney injury. Methods admitted to the intensive care unit(iCu)of our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012,158 patients for the study, based on acute kidney injury standard, the patients were divided into a study group(acute kidney injury group)and a control group(without acute kidney injury group). installments according to the patients in the study group is subdivided into dangerous group, injury group and failure group. The comparative analysis of the patients in each group neutrophil gelatinase apolipoprotein levels. RESuLTS neutrophil gelatinase enzyme apolipoprotein levels iCu patients with acute kidney injury Zanzhe strong correlation ngaL in patients with acute kidney injury group (293.27 ± 91.72)μg / L with no acute kidney injury group patients The ngaL(182.51 ± 142.14)μg / L with a significant difference (P <0.05). Changes in the patients neutrophil gelatinase apolipoprotein levels with the severity of acute kidney injury. Conclusion The neutrophil gelatinase apolipoprotein iCu acute kidney injury has a strong predictive value can be used as early warning indicators of acute renal failure in iCu,can be used as the evaluation criteria for acute renal failure.
