摘要
目的:对比分析尿液分析仪干化学法和尿沉渣镜检法在尿液检测结果应用中的准确性。方法选择该院2014年1月—2015年1月门诊及住院1000例患者的中段晨尿作为标本,分别利用优利特-200型自动尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检法进行检测分析,对比分析患者及男女不同性别之间尿液中红细胞、白细胞的阳性率。结果尿液分析仪法:红细胞阳性363例(36.30%),白细胞阳性248例(24.80%),尿蛋白阳性145例(14.5%);尿沉渣镜检法:红细胞阳性157例(15.70%),白细胞阳性358例(35.80%),管型12例(1.2%),两种检测方法红细胞、白细胞、尿蛋白阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论尿液分析仪检测可提高检测工作效率,但该法易受到尿液中各种因素干扰。镜检法是临床医学检验工作中不可缺少的重要一项,原则上每一个检测标本都要进行镜检,以免造成临床误诊、漏诊。
Abstract
Objective Comparative Analysis of Urine Analyzer dry chemical and microscopic examination of urine sediment in the urine test results accuracy applications. Results Urine Analyzer Method: 363 cases of positive erythro-cytes (36.30%), 248 cases of leukocytes positive (24.80%), Urine protein was positive in 145 cases (14.5%); urinary sedi-ment microscopic examination: erythrocyte positive 157 cases (15.70%), 358 cases of leukocytes positive (35.80%), Tube type in 12 cases (1.2%), two methods erythrocytes, leukocytes, Tube type positive rate differences were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Urine analyzer can improve the detection efficiency, but the law is vulnerable to a variety of factors interfere in the urine. Microscopic examination is an important work in a clinical examination indispensable, each sample should be car-ried out to detect microscopic principle, in order to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
