操作流程图在基础护理操作技能分组练习中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨小组合作使用操作流程图在基础护理操作技能教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取护理专业2013级2个高护班的146名学生分为对照班(74人)、实验班(72人)。在基础护理操作技能教学中对照班采用常规的分组练习;实验班采用小组合作学习并使用操作流程图。比较两组学生期末操作成绩并通过自制问卷对实验班学生进行操作流程图使用的调查。结果实验班在技能获得阶段操作成绩显著高于对照班(P<0.01),实验班的学生94.4%喜欢使用小组合作学习与操作流程图,83.3%认为可以提高自主学习能力。结论小组合作使用操作流程图能提高学生的练习积极性,提高基础护理技能学习的效果。
Abstract
Objective To explore of implementation of the operation flow chart in teaching fundamental of nursing skills. Methods 146 junior college nursing students admitted in 2013 were divided into a control class(n=74), and an experimental class (n=72). The experimental group adopted cooperative learning with flaw chart, while the control group used traditional practice in groups. Results Students’ practice scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. (P < 0.01), in the experimental group, about 94.4% students accept to cooperative learning with for chart, 83.3%students considered that their self-learning capacity strengthened. Conclusion cooperative learning with flaw chart was help for students to learn nursing skills.
