评价案例教学法在心血管内科临床实习带教中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探讨在心血管内科临床实习带教期间实施案例教学法的应用价值.方法 选取2022年7月—2023年6月杭州医学院附属义乌医院36名心血管内科实习生作为研究组,采用案例教学法完成临床实习带教;选取2021年6月—2022年5月36名心血管内科实习生作为参照组,采用常规教学法完成临床实习带教.对比两组心血管内科实习生的问卷调查评分结果.结果 研究组心血管内科实习生自主学习能力评分为(90.25±3.25)分、学习兴趣以及积极性评分为(91.17±3.17)分、问题分析以及解决能力评分为(90.82±4.22)分、临床思维能力评分为(91.33±5.14)分以及教学满意度评分为(92.63±4.28)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实习生在接受临床实习带教期间,案例教学法的有效应用,可有效提升实习生的教学效果,还可全面提升心血管内科实习生综合能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of case teaching method during the clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular medicine.Methods 36 interns in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine who studied in Yiwu Hospital Affiliated to Hangzhou Medical College from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research group to complete the clinical practice teaching by case teaching method.36 interns in the Department of cardiovascular medi-cine who studied from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the reference group to complete clinical practice teach-ing with conventional teaching methods.The results of questionnaire survey were compared between the two groups of cardiovascular interns.Results The cardiovascular medicine interns in the study group scored independent learning ability was(90.25±3.25)points,learning interest and enthusiasm was(91.17±3.17)points,problem analysis and solv-ing ability was(90.82±4.22)points,clinical thinking ability was(91.33±5.14)points and teaching satisfaction was(92.63±4.28)points were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of clinical practice teaching,the effective application of case teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of interns and comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of cardio-vascular internal medicine interns.
