摘要
目的 探讨医院感染管理中运用医护一体院感防控模式的实践价值.方法 选取2022年7月—2023年5月江宁区第二人民医院的23名在职医护人员、41例患者为A组(实施医护一体院感防控模式),另选取2021年6月—2022年6月本院的41例患者及相同的23名在职医护人员为B组(实施传统院感防控模式),比较两组干预效果.结果 A组医院感染管理质量评分较B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组医护人员手卫生执行率及执行正确率、干预满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组医护人员不同时间点手部菌落数、A组患者院内交叉感染率较B组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 医护一体院感防控模式的应用效果较理想,有助于强化医院感染管理质量,减少医护人员手部菌落数,降低患者医院感染率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the practical value of the integrated medical and nursing hospital infection preven-tion and control model in hospital infection management.Methods 23 in-service health care workers and 41 patients in the Second People's Hospital of Jiangning District from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected as Group A(imple-mentation of the integrated hospital infection prevention and control model of health care),and 41 patients and the same 23 in-service health care workers in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as Group B(imple-mentation of the traditional hospital infection prevention and control model).The effect of the intervention was com-pared between the two groups.Results The quality score of hospital infection management was higher in group A than in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hand hygiene implementation rate and correct implementation rate and intervention satisfaction of health care workers in the two groups(P>0.05).The number of hand colonization at different time points and the rate of nosocomial cross-infection of patients in group A were lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated medical and nursing hospital infection prevention and control model is more ideal,which helps to strengthen the quality of hospital infection management,reduce the number of hand colonization of healthcare workers,and reduce the rate of hospital infection in patients.
