规范化管理在检验科医院感染的预防与控制中的应用

摘要
目的 分析检验科医院感染防控中规范化管理的价值.方法 回顾性分析滕州市疾控中心门诊部检验科2022年5-10月收到的200份标本以及2022年11月—2023年4月收到的200份标本,各时间段采取方案分别为一般管理、规范化管理,以此划分为一般组、规范组,由相同的20名检验科人员完成检查.观察管理质量,比较标本管理情况,调查管理满意度.结果 规范组管理质量评分高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).规范组标本污染率1.00%的、储存不当率0.50%、检验不当率1.00%,均低于一般组的5.00%、3.50%、4.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).规范组管理满意率为95.00%,高于一般组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 规范化管理落实后可规范相关检验工作,能维持高管理质量,规避管理不合格事件,增强医院感染防控效果,满意度高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of standardized management in the prevention and control of hospital in-fections in laboratory departments.Methods Retrospective analysis of 200 specimens received by the Laboratory of Outpatient Department of Tengzhou Disease Control Center from May to October 2022 and 200 specimens received from November 2022 to April 2023,each time period to take the program for the general management,standardized management,and this is divided into the general group and the standardized group.Examinations were completed by the same 20 laboratory personnel to observe the quality of management,compared specimen management,and investi-gate management satisfaction.Results The management quality score of standard group was higher than that of gen-eral group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The contamination rate(1.00%),improper storage rate(0.50%)and improper test rate(1.00%)in standard group were lower than those in general group(5.00%,3.50%and 4.50%),but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The management satisfaction rate of stan-dard group was 95.00%,higher than that of general group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of standardized management can standardize the relevant testing work,can maintain high management quality,avoid management failure events,enhance the effect of hospital infection pre-vention and control,high satisfaction.
