Analysis of the Application Effect of Problem-based Teaching(PBL)in the Teaching of Diagnostic Ultrasound
Objective To explore the application effect of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of diagnos-tic ultrasound.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 73 cases of intern students in diagnos-tic ultrasound at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from May 2019 to December 2020.Accord-ing to the differences in teaching modes,they were divided into a conventional teaching group and a problem-oriented teaching group.The 35 cases in the conventional teaching group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the 38 cases in the problem-oriented teaching group adopted the problem-based teaching method(PBL)model.The test sub-jects'assessment scores and teaching quality scores after teaching between two groups were compared.Results The problem-oriented teaching group had better assessment results than the conventional teaching group,the improved learning interest,self-study ability,unity and cooperation ability,and the improved thinking ability scores of problem-oriented teaching group were better than those of the conventional teaching group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of problem-based teaching(PBL)into the teaching of diag-nostic ultrasound has a significant effect.It has a promoting effect on improving teaching quality and cultivating stu-dents'abilities.
