Study on the Application Effect of Optimized Rotation Plan in Standard-ized Training of Residents and Its Impact on Satisfaction
Objective To explore the application effect of optimized rotation program in standardized training of resi-dents and its impact on satisfaction.Methods 154 residential training students from Xuzhou First People's Hospital from 2018 to 2021 were selected as the reasearch subjects,and the four-year trainees were divided into two groups.Among them,77 students in the 2018-2019 class were in the traditional teaching group(control group),and 77 stu-dents in the 2020-2021 class were in the optimized rotation plan training group(observation group).The total rotation plan for the two groups is 36 months.The annual assessment professional skill scores and training satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's scores in professional skill were higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction score in observation group of meeting the learning requirements,training model,having independent learning ability,clinical diagnosis and treatment level,problem-solving ability,moderate training content,adaptability of the teaching model were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized rotation plan can be used in the standardized training of residents to improve students'clinical skills performance,enhance professional skills,and achieve higher satisfaction with the standardized training of residents.
