Application of Goal Management in the Construction of Emergency Team in Stroke Center
Objective To explore the application effect of goal management model in the construction of emergency team in stroke center.Methods 68 medical staff from the Stroke Center of Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research subjects.The medical staff before implementing target management(from July 2020 to June 2021)were set as the control group,while the medical staff after implementing target management(from July 2021 to June 2022)were set as the observation group,with 34 mem-bers in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management model,and the observation group adopted the goal management model.The comprehensive first aid capabilities and their satisfaction with the management model of medical staff between two groups were compared,as well as the critical time for intravenous thrombolysis be-tween the two groups of patients.Results The emergency team's first aid comprehensive ability scores of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ini-tial diagnosis time,emergency CT examination time,inspection report time,and specialist consultation time of the ob-servation group patients were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction score with the management model in the observation group was(89.51±1.51)points,which was higher than the control group's(73.59±1.42)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of goal management in the emergency team of stroke center can significantly improve the comprehensive first aid ability of the emergency team,promote the development of the emergency team,and improve management satisfaction.
