Evaluation of the Application Effect of Homogeneous Management Model in ICU Pipeline Nursing Management
Objective To explore the evaluation of the application effect of homogeneous management model in ICU pipeline nursing management.Methods 20 ICU nurses from Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from January to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.The control group was set up before the implementation of homogeneous nursing management(January to June 2022),and the observation group was set up after implementation of homogeneous nursing management(July to December 2022).Both groups were the same batch of nursing staff.The control group adopted conventional nursing management,and the observation group imple-mented a homogeneous management model based on the management of the control group.The theoretical and skill operation assessment scores,pipeline nursing quality,and unplanned extubation rate of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The theoretical and skill operation assessment scores of the observation group nurses were(93.65±2.46)points and(94.92±2.47)points respectively,higher than the control group's(85.32±2.57)points and(84.56±2.15)points,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of the pipeline nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation in the observation group was 5.68%,which was lower than the 8.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3108,P=0.001).Conclusion Implementing homo-geneous management of ICU nurses can significantly improve nurses'theoretical and technical performance and pipe-line nursing quality,and reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation events.
