全程质量追溯管理在口腔科医疗器械消毒及医院感染预防控制中的作用

摘要
目的 探究全程质量追溯管理运用于口腔科医疗器械消毒以及医院感染预防、控制中的具体作用.方法 选取2021年12月—2022年6月解放军联勤保障部队第九六二医院口腔科行传统管理的110件口腔科医疗器械包,以及使用器械的110例患者为参照组,2022年7-12月行全程质量追溯管理的110件口腔科医疗器械包,以及使用器械的110例患者为观察组,且两组工作开展均为同一批护理人员(15名).比较两组器械管理质量、器械消毒效果、护理人员管理能力、医院感染发生率、满意度指标.结果 观察组器械管理质量评分较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组器械消毒合格率为99.09%高于参照组的93.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理人员管理能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组医院感染发生率为0.91%,低于参照组的7.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.677,P<0.05).观察组满意度为100.00%,高于参照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 全程质量追溯管理运用于口腔科医疗器械消毒中有着显著效果,且可积极预防控制医院感染的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the specific role of full-process quality traceability management in dental medical device disinfection and hospital infection prevention and control.Methods A total of 110 dental equipment sets under traditional management of the Stomatology Department of No.962 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from December 2021 to June 2022,and 110 patients using devices were selected as the reference group,and 110 dental equipment sets under whole-process quality traceability management from July to December 2022,and 110 patients using devices were selected as the observation group,and the work carried out in both groups consisted of the same group of nursing staff(15).The quality of instrument management,the effect of instrument disinfection,the manage-ment ability of nursing staff,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the satisfaction index of the two groups were compared.Results The score of instrument management quality in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of instrument disinfection in the observation group was 99.09,higher than that in the reference group(93.64%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing staff management ability in observation group was higher than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in ob-servation group was 0.91%,which was lower than that in reference group(7.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.677,P<0.05).Satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of refer-ence group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-process quality traceability management in the disinfection of dental medical instruments has remarkable effect,and can actively prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
