Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Teaching Manage-ment of a Non-directly Affiliated Hospital
The quality of hospital clinical teaching management directly affects the quality of medical talent training.In order to effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching management in non-directly affiliated hospitals,and to enhance the professional quality and ability of medical professional and technical personnel.This article takes a non-directly affiliated hospital in Wuxi as an example to analyze the current problems in the hospital's teaching manage-ment(academic education,post-graduation education,and continuing medical education)in the context of high-quality development,and puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures to improve the quality of teaching and further normalize standardize,and scientize the level of hospital teaching management,to improve teaching efficiency,gradually narrow the gap with the teaching level of directly affiliated hospitals,accelerate the production of teaching results,and promote the sustained and high-quality development of medical institutions.
