Research on Strategies to Optimize Standardized Training and Teaching for Surgical Residents and Improve the Passing Rate of Graduation Assess-ment
Objective To analyze the strategies for optimizing standardized training teaching for surgical residents and improving the graduation pass rate.Methods A total of 46 surgical residents in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medi-cal University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the general group and the investigation group by dice grouping method,with 23 members in each group.The general group re-ceived routine training and teaching management,while the investigation group received PDCA management.The fi-nal examination passing rate,training quality,personal skills and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The passing rate of theoretical assessment,practical assessment,training quality score,personal skill score and satisfaction rate of the investigation group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA management can improve the quality of training,enhance the personal skills of surgical residents,maintain a high passing rate of graduation examinations,and has a high satisfac-tion rate.
