基于岗位胜任能力为导向的培训管理在康复医师培训中的应用

目的 探讨以岗位胜任能力为导向的培训管理在康复医师培训中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年7月—2022年6月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院康复科实习和进修56名的学员为研究对象,将2020年7月—2021年6月实施以传统实习带教法的学员设为对照组(n=28),将2021年7月—2022年6月实施以岗位胜任能力为导向的培训管理模式的学员设为观察组(n=28).比较两组学员培训前后的理论实践操作成绩、岗位胜任能力和对培训管理的满意度.结果 观察组理论和实践操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组康复岗位胜任能力5个维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组对培训管理的总满意度得分为(88.93±2.25)分,高于对照组的(70.55±2.78)分,差异有统计学意义(t= 27.194,P<0.05).结论 实施以岗位胜任能力为导向的教学培训管理,可显著提高学员理论实践操作成绩和岗位胜任能力,并且此培训模式得到学员的认可,提高学员对培训的满意度.
Application of Job Competency-oriented Training Management in the Training of Rehabilitation Physicians
Objective To explore the application effect of job competency-oriented training management in the train-ing of rehabilitation physicians.Methods 56 internship and further training students in the Rehabilitation Department of Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as study objects.The students who implemented the traditional internship teaching method from July 2020 to June 2021 were set as the control group(n=28),and the students who implemented the job competency-oriented training management model from July 2021 to June 2022 were set as the observation group(n=28).The theoretical and practical perfor-mance,job competency and satisfaction with training management before and after training were compared between two groups.Results The theoretical and practical operation assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of the five dimensions of rehabilitation job competency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the observation group with training management was(88.93±2.25)points,which was higher than the control group's(70.55±2.78)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.194,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of job competency-oriented teaching and training management can significantly improve students'theoretical and practical performance and job competency,and this training model is recognized by students and improves their training satisfaction.
