Application of Job Competency-oriented Training Management in the Training of Rehabilitation Physicians
Objective To explore the application effect of job competency-oriented training management in the train-ing of rehabilitation physicians.Methods 56 internship and further training students in the Rehabilitation Department of Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as study objects.The students who implemented the traditional internship teaching method from July 2020 to June 2021 were set as the control group(n=28),and the students who implemented the job competency-oriented training management model from July 2021 to June 2022 were set as the observation group(n=28).The theoretical and practical perfor-mance,job competency and satisfaction with training management before and after training were compared between two groups.Results The theoretical and practical operation assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of the five dimensions of rehabilitation job competency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the observation group with training management was(88.93±2.25)points,which was higher than the control group's(70.55±2.78)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.194,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of job competency-oriented teaching and training management can significantly improve students'theoretical and practical performance and job competency,and this training model is recognized by students and improves their training satisfaction.
