Application of Site-based Multi-modal Training in Improving the Job Competency of Emergency Department Nurses
Objective To explore the application effect of site-based multi-mode training in the skills operation of nurses in emergency department.Methods A total of 100 nurses trained in the emergency Department of the First Af-filiated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to the time classification,the traditional training method was used as the control group from July 2021 to June 2022,and the site-based training method was used as the research group from July 2022 to July 2023.The two groups of nurses were the same.The ability of critical thinking,job competence and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After site-style multi-mode training,the score of critical thinking ability,post compe-tency and nursing satisfaction of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Site-based multi-modal training can effectively improve the job competence of emergency department nurses.
