The Practice of Talent Incentive Mechanism in Hospital Human Resources Management
In the hospital human resources management system,incentive management is an effective means to pro-mote the common development of people and the hospital.Taking today's management concepts as the core and scien-tifically implementing the human incentive mechanism can improve the hospital's organizational framework,increase the operating efficiency of the hospital department,and improve the capabilities of the hospital management.To this end,this article conducts research from the perspective of hospital human resources management,analyzes the prob-lems existing in the current hospital incentive mechanism,and goes deep into the insufficiency of the internal manage-ment system and the talent incentive mechanism,clarifies the role of incentive mechanisms in hospital human re-sources management,and puts forward constructive suggestions around the talent incentive mechanism.
