Discussion on the Application of Performance Appraisal in Hospital Hu-man Resources Management to Improve Hospital Management Level
Objective To explore the impact on hospital management level by using performance appraisal method in hospital human resources management.Methods 40 staff members from Qingdao Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All staff members were divided into two groups using the coin toss method.The reference group implemented routine management(n=20),and the research group implemented per-formance evaluation management(n=20).To compare the management levels of hospitals(management comprehensive-ness score,management meticulousness score,management pertinence score,management effectiveness score)and overall staff satisfaction score were compared between two groups.Results The management comprehensiveness score,management meticulousness score,management pertinence score,and management effectiveness score of the research group were all higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the research group staff was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of hospital human resources management,the effective application of performance appraisal methods can improve management comprehensiveness,management me-ticulousness,management pertinence and management effectiveness,significantly improve the level of hospital man-agement and ensure significant improvement in staff satisfaction.
