Analysis of Human Resource Management Challenges in Public Hospitals under VUCA Environment
In the VUCA environment,in order to do a good job in the construction and development of public hospi-tals,it is also necessary to combine the characteristics of the VUCA environment,actively analyze the difficulties and challenges faced by the current human resource management in public hospitals,and formulate corresponding treat-ment measures.Further optimize the human resource management process,formulate a management system in line with the current environment,and better improve the quality of human resource management.Therefore,this article analyzes the challenges faced by public hospitals in human resource management under the VUCA environment,ana-lyzes the connotation and elements of the VUCA environment,and then explores the significance and specific strate-gies for good human resource management in public hospitals under the VUCA environment,which is worthy of refer-ence.
