The Effect of Choosing Different Management Practice Strategies for Pub-lic Health Emergencies in Disease Control Departments
Objective To study the effects of different management practice strategies in response to public health emergencies in disease control departments.Methods A total of 35 staff menbers of the Ningjin County Center for Dis-ease Control and Prevention in Dezhou City,Shandong Province from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.September 2021 to August 2022 implementated traditional management strategy(control group),September 2022 to August 2023 implementated integrated management practice strategy(study group).The work qual-ity,job satisfaction and job burnout scores were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of work and job satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The burnout scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of comprehensive management practice strate-gies for public health emergencies in disease control departments is higher than traditional management strategies,and it can better improve staff burnout and optimize staff work quality.
