安全管理模式对医院管理质量及综合评价的影响分析

摘要
在医院质量管理中采取安全管理模式,有利于让医院所有人员都能认识到安全管理的重要性,从而制订全面、全过程、全员参与的质量管理模式,以此来保证医院的整体医疗水平和安全管理水平,为患者的临床就医提供保障.该文提出安全管理模式的构建要结合医院实际的科室特点,并通过具体措施的实施,有效提高了治疗流程、文件书写、护理查房质量,降低了院内感染的发生,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Due to the special nature of medical services,it is difficult for outsiders to correctly evaluate the overall quality of the hospital.Our country also lacks an effective management mechanism for hospitals,which results in the failure of hospital service levels to be guaranteed and the improvement of hospital management quality.Adopting a safety management model in hospital quality management will help all hospital personnel realize the importance of safety management.Thus,a comprehensive,full-process,and full-participation quality management model is devel-oped to ensure the hospital's overall medical level and safety management level,and to provide guarantee for patients'clinical medical treatment.This paper proposes that the construction of safety management model should be combined with the actual characteristics of the hospital,and through the implementation of specific measures,it can effectively improve the treatment process,Document writing,nursing round quality,reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infec-tion,and improve patient satisfaction.
